Flavour: complex, fresh and just brisk enough on the palate
Perlage: notably fine and long-lasting
Best served at: 8-10 °C
Accompaniments: ideal with all courses: hors d’oeuvres, fish, pasta and rice dishes, and with light main courses. Makes an excellent aperitif.
